Flora is a gentle, loving soul. She is around 2.5 to 3 years old and we believe she is a Lab and Pittie mix. She came to us in rough shape, pregnant and missing much of her fur. Look at her now! She was the best little mama to her 11 puppies, but is finished with motherhood permanently. Despite her harsh beginnings, Flora has maintained a kind, loving personality. She is working on housetraining and crate training in her current foster home, quickly picking up commands and is polite and respectful. She is good with other dogs once she has a slow, patient introduction to her. She does think cats are fun to chase. Flora is snuggly and sweet, happy to curl up with you on the couch. She enjoys going for walks and spending time with her people. She is a lovely, loyal companion. If you think you are ready to add to your family by adopting Flora, then fill out an adoption questionnaire on our website today! We recommend completing the questionnaire and connecting with an adoption coach before looking for a dog or puppy you'd like to adopt. If you're already approved to adopt or if you've adopted from Labs and More before, connect with your adoption coach for the next steps.
Your interest in adopting a rescued dog or puppy from Labs and More Rescue is appreciated! Please find our adoption information at www.labsandmore.org. Your adoption donation provides funding for Labs and More, a nonprofit organization which is supported solely by Volunteers and funded by donations. Good news is your adoption donation can be considered tax deductible. So much care is provided to your new dog prior to the adoption, including: spay and neuter, microchip, veterinarian visit(s), vaccinations, and other medical care as needed. Many of the dogs we rescue require extensive surgeries and care prior to adoption. Please understand we are unable to predict future behavior or medical needs of your adopted dog. We provide no guarantees regarding behavior, breed, or age of the dogs. Thank you for rescuing.
