Manuel
Manuel, affectionally known as Manny in his foster home, is a small but mighty 25-lb boy. This young boy arrived to Labs and More with two of his friends that he had been fostered with prior to arriving. He is around 7 to 8 months old and we believe he is a Shepherd and Hound mix, maybe with something smaller in the mix as well. Manuel is loving life with his foster family and they cannot say enough good things about his sweet personality. Resembling the beloved Scrappy Doo, he's a little wrinkly man with a heart of gold. Manuel is an affectionate companion, showcasing extreme loyalty and a cuddly personality. His interactions with other dogs are positive, especially with those his size or smaller, as well as larger dogs that exhibit submissive behaviors. Fully house trained with impeccable leash manners, he may not be easily motivated by food, but his curiosity and loyalty make him irresistible. Manuel can be reserved upon first meeting him but once he knows you the two of you are friends for life. For being only 7 months old he is almost through his puppy stage and has already become a well mannered young boy. Despite initial shyness, his gentle nature, sweet kisses, and low-maintenance demeanor make Manuel an ideal match for a home where someone is around more often than not to appreciate his delightful company!
